Hey! Welcome to my blog! Yes I decided to do more writing. This blog will be very similar to the video version I post on Facebook. In these posts however, I will give mental health tips, current facts, life story segments, and so much more!

Throughout my entire program, I will be assisting clients as they meet mental health issues head on. We will take each step together and grow! However, before anyone can finish a wellness journey, they must first take first steps. The individual must realize that there is an issue hindering them from achieving their best life. Once realization is made, a commitment must be made in order to begin.

  1. Know your why, what, and how of your wellness journey. You must understand why you are beginning this journey, what needs to be done to be successful in your journey( help from wellness coach), and how will you go about the process.
  2. Surround yourself with Inspiration! This also goes for being in the correct company of others. A negative vibe can destroy your journey before you even start!
  3. Celebrate Small Steps. Recognize that the smallest of victories are always worth celebrating.
  4. Be open to Change! You will not be able to pour in growth and success if you are still full of uncertainty. Embrace your Journey and soar
  5. Document everything. It is always motivating to look back on how far you have came in your wellness journey!
  6. Have fun and enjoy the ride to growth and happiness!
